To streamline and improve reporting, tracking, and communication of support requests, all Denali customers will transition to Intergraph's support and issue reporting system. This system will give you access to the support personnel you are accustomed to, but will also allow you to:

  • File and submit reports 24/7 through our web portal
  • View all open reports across your entire agency
  • Review the status of your open issues
  • Extract information into a full report for review
  • Access a common 24-hour toll-free support line for emergency assistance
